Exchange and return policy

At Angel Couture by CC , we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges and returns within the timeframes and conditions below.

1. Deadlines for Exchanges and Returns

Returns : within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
Exchanges : up to 14 calendar days , subject to availability of the desired item.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received: without signs of use, with all tags and in the original packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange/Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges of:

Used, damaged or washed items.
Products with removed labels.
Footwear with scratched or marked soles.
Items on sale/final discount (unless defective).

3. Exchange or Return Process

Send an email to : angelcouture.cc@gmail.com
Includes:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange/return
- Photos (if applicable)
You will receive instructions for shipping the item to our address.
After receiving and checking the item, the following will be done:
- A refund using the same payment method (in the case of a return), or
- Sending a new item (in case of exchange).

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

Returns due to withdrawal : shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges : shipping of the new item is free (only for Portugal).
Defective products or shipping errors : the costs are fully borne by us.

5. Orders Returned by the Post Office

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or absence of the recipient, resending will incur an additional cost to be borne by the customer.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery , including photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as a priority, offering a refund or replacement.
