  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and complete.

  • After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

  • Prices listed include applicable VAT.

  • We accept payment methods available in the store, processed through secure platforms.

  • The order will only be considered confirmed after payment validation.

5. Deliveries and deadlines

  • We only ship to European countries.

  • The estimated delivery time will be provided on the product page or at the time of purchase.

  • Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

  • In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to give a reason.

  • To exercise your right to return, you must contact us by email at angelcouture.cc@gmail.com and follow the instructions for returning the product in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within a maximum period of 14 days.

  • Personalized products or products clearly indicated as non-refundable are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
